Through somatic awareness, reflective writing, and the quiet fire of practice, you’ll learn to be fully with your clients and to witness their unfolding with reverence and grace.
This Level 2 journey moves beyond skill into artistry, expanding your capacity to partner, perceive, and hold transformation with courage and humility.

At Monarch, mentor coaching isn’t a checkbox — it’s a sacred apprenticeship in presence.
We go beyond the ICF’s requirement of 10 hours to offer 17 hours of mentor coaching intentionally designed for profound growth. So even if you're just signing up for our Mentor Coaching program and you've completed your training hours elsewhere, you can earn up to 17 CCEs.
We have plenty of recorded coaching demonstrations that you gain access to.
You’ll receive:
- 14 hours of group mentor coaching in a reflective, supportive cohort
- 3 hours of individual mentor coaching tailored to your developmental edges
- 2 graded recordings with detailed written and verbal feedback
- Access to recordings and transcripts graded at the ACC, PCC, and MCC level
