This training is focused primarily on the mindset and role of a Human Resources Partner in an organization looking to become Agile and those that coach Human Resources Teams. Participants will take away tools and techniques for use with HR Teams and Leadership, that will help them to bridge the cultural divide that can come about in organizations in the process of restructuring both their culture and their physical structure to accommodate success.
Focus is spent on becoming a learning organization and all that means, developing a culture of experimentation, trust and shared ownership, while also spending time on what needs to change in order to have cultural structure align with organizational structure. Participants will learn modern ways of securing new talent, including participating in simulation exercises that will open their minds to greater possibilities and considerations.

On successful completion of this class, and a small survey issued by ICAgile, you will be eligible to receive the ICP-AHR designation.

When organizations embark upon their Agile journey, they often forget about the structural and human changes that need to take place, only offering teams new processes. These actions often leave human need gaps unaddressed and leave in place structures that are not supportive of the new ways we are asking our people to work.
This course is designed to guide 3 role categories in any organization through the changes that need to take place: The HR Team (regardless of their designation or role), Leadership (regardless of their level), and Coaches (regardless of whether they are Agile Coaches or Professional Coaches). If you work in HR, Lead HR, or Coach HR, this is the course for you. You’ll leave with a new understanding and tools you can put to use even before the course has completed.
