We break this course into 3 categories of learning. HR for Agile is about Agile for the organization, and how HR can help facilitate those organizational changes through the incorporation of exercises and games. If we have to work, let’s make it fun and educational all at the same time! You’ll leave each session of this class with a new information you can use with your team right away. 


The maximum time for an online interaction begins to wane when we get past 3 hours. This is why we’ve structured our course not to exceed student’s energy levels and ability to interact fully.

ICAgile Accreditation

On successful completion of this class, and a small survey issued by ICAgile, you will be eligible to receive the ICP-AHR designation. 


Please note that this designation does not certify you to teach this course. 

Monarch Coaching & Training has continued to update this course to stay current in our ever-changing world.  Throughout this course, you'll receive tools that you can use right away that are only available in this course.  When organizations embark upon their Agile journey, they often forget about the structural and human changes that need to take place, only offering teams new processes.  These actions often leave human need gaps unaddressed and leave in place structures that are not supportive of the new ways we are asking our people to work.


This course is designed to guide 3 role categories in any organization through the changes that need to take place: The HR Team (regardless of their designation or role), Leadership (regardless of their level), and Coaches (regardless of whether they are Agile Coaches or Professional Coaches). If you work in HR, Lead HR, or Coach HR, this is the course for you. You’ll leave with a new understanding and tools you can put to use even before the course has completed.
