Classes meet weekly for 90 minutes via Zoom in a supportive, interactive online space. Each session includes a mix of large-group discussions, small breakout room conversations, and hands-on learning. We’ll explore insights from the course videos, watch live demonstrations of coaching and tools in action, and create space for reflection and integration. Whether you're a visual learner, a deep thinker, or someone who learns best through practice—this format is designed to meet you where you are.
The in between session work can be from 1 to 2 hours, depending on how mentally hungry you are. You are encouraged to partner with others in your class to practice the exercises.
We allow for a download of the digital exercises and handouts. The videos will remain available to you for as long as you are part of the student portal. Course videos are not made available outside of the student portal.
Yes. The community aspect is another highlight. Participants join a new community of forward-thinking coaches, fostering connections that can last a lifetime. This intent of this network is to provide a rich resource for collaboration, support, and continued learning beyond the course. At the present time, there is no cost to join this community and you are automatically invited at the time of course registration. This is new community, so let's build it together.
