The Circle of Becoming Dojo is a sacred space for coaches to grow their craft through community, presence, and practical experience. Rooted in the ICF Core Competencies and infused with heart, we welcome coaches at every stage—whether you're just beginning or deepening your path.
About the Series
The Circle of Becoming – Coaching Dojo Series offers a live, no-cost space for coaches to step into the heart of their development. Through facilitated practice sessions, peer feedback, and embodied reflection, you'll build coaching fluency while anchoring in presence, curiosity, and compassion.

Whether you're a student exploring your first coaching tools or a seasoned practitioner refining your presence, this series meets you exactly where you are. No certification required—just a willingness to practice and be practiced with.

and continue toward PCC.
If what you need next is Mentor Coaching rather than a full training program, Monarch also offers Mentor Coaching for ACC and PCC coaches.
